Arıköy, a long-established residential complex in Sarıyer’s Uskumruköy district, had no digital home. Announcements were paper notices on a community board; shuttle schedules lived in WhatsApp groups; new residents had nowhere reliable to find anything. The audience leans academic — they expect editorial typography and clarity, not stock-photo polish.
Editorial concept site with Turkish-first typography and a calm, low-density layout that respects an academic audience. Announcements module so the community board posts directly, no developer involved. Shuttle schedule presented like a well-designed train timetable — instantly readable. Mobile-first since most residents reach the site from their phones.
